Belgrove Residences Plaza Upgrade, UCD

The work comprised site clearance of the existing hard and soft landscaping to courtyards and ancillary areas, excavation and earthworks, sub-base preparation, drainage and site services, site fittings/ street furniture (bicycle racks & shelters, bollards, benches etc), lighting installation, completion white water system installation, ancillary site services and associated builders works. The work also involved soft landscaping including grassing, shrub/hedging and tree planting. Work took place in multiple sub-phases, maintaining access to all residences adjoining, as well as catering for additional accommodation demand due to the concurrent Women’s Rugby World Cup at UCD.
