🚧 Kilwex is proud to be taking part in the CIF Safety Campaign 2026! 🦺
From 12th – 23rd October, we’re joining the construction industry in this year’s theme, ‘Back to Basics’ — reinforcing the fundamentals that keep everyone safe on site, every day. 💪
Throughout the fortnight, we’ll be bringing our teams and supply chain together for a range of practical safety and wellbeing initiatives, including:
🔹 Excavation Safety – specialist demonstrations and training on safe excavations and trench support systems.
🔹 People & Plant Safety – our ‘Red Zone’ demonstrations, focusing on safe zones, plant blind spots and effective communication.
🔹 Respiratory Protection – RPE awareness and face-fit testing to help protect our people from exposure to silica and other respiratory hazards.
🔹 Mental Health & Wellbeing – welcoming the Lighthouse Charity’s Make It Visible team on site to share experiences, promote positive mental health and highlight available supports.
🔹 Life-Saving Skills – Hands for Life CPR training, helping our teams develop skills that could save a life.
🔹 Practical Safety Training – machinery safety, hazard spotting, vehicle marshal training and harness inspection.
We’re looking forward to the opportunity to share knowledge, promote safe practices, look out for one another and continue building a positive safety culture across all our projects. 🤝
At Kilwex, ‘Commit to Safety’ underpins everything we do. Because safety isn’t just a procedure or a toolbox talk — it’s the choices we make, the standards we maintain and the actions we take 24/7 to protect ourselves and those around us.
✅ Commit to Safety: on every site, every day.
