Kilwex Ltd is proud to have acted as the Civil Engineering Partner for the transformer replacement works at ESB’s Dublin Bay Power Station in Poolbeg, Dublin, as part of the station’s Life Extension Project.
The works involved supporting the replacement and installation of a new transformer, contributing to ESB’s ongoing investment in maintaining and enhancing Ireland’s critical energy infrastructure.
Working within an operational power generation facility, the project required careful planning, coordination and close collaboration with the wider project team, with a strong focus on health, safety and quality throughout.
