Poppintree Park

This project involved the construction of an 11-hectare public park; including:
125,000m3 of bulk excavation; 25,000m3 of fill; various ground modelling; pond and attenuation areas construction; gabion walling and terramesh earth retaining systems; main drainage and services infrastructure; diversions of existing services; boundary fencing/railings and gates; 3No. entrance plazas constructed in limestone paving; structural concrete retaining walls; cantilevered pond walkway with architectural handrail; roads, paths and other pavings (surfacing in tarmacadam, stone paviors & setts, Ballylusk gravel); playground construction including soft-pour surfacing; play equipment; street furniture; signage; landscaping.
